Menopause affects millions of people during their working lives – yet it’s still one of the least talked-about workplace topics.
This interactive taster is designed to change that. Led by Lesley Vickerage, one of our senior training consultants and a certified menopause training partner, this session offers a supportive and open environment to explore how to have menopause-related conversations with confidence, empathy, and respect – whether you’re experiencing it yourself, managing someone who is, or simply want to be a better ally.
Through role-play, discussion, and conversation, participants will gain practical tools, fresh understanding, and the confidence to turn awareness into action – helping make your workplace a place where every stage of life is supported.
