Building Resilience Programme

Background & Objectives

The workshop was aimed at colleagues navigating change, pressure, and high performance.

In a demanding working environment, the training aimed to create a reflective and practical space in which to explore what resilience means both personally and collectively. The workshop also aimed to provide strategies for responding to stress in ways that support well-being, choice, and balance. 

Programme Overview

The session created space for participants to explore their own relationship with resilience. They looked at what it means to them, how it shows up under pressure, and what minor adjustments can help them remain grounded and effective.

Delivered in an open and supportive environment, the session allowed for thoughtful discussion and personal reflection. There was an emphasis on the idea of confident vulnerability — the strength that comes from being honest, human, and real. This approach is central to training programmes focused on building resilience effectively.

    • Moving from ‘should’ to ‘could’, and setting ourselves up for success

Desired Building Resilience Programme Outcomes

  •  Greater personal insight into resilience and individual stress responses 
  • Practical tools to create space between stressors and responses 
  • Increased awareness of helpful vs. unhelpful internal narratives 
  • A clearer sense of agency — where participants can take action, influence outcomes, or let go 
  • Engaging in Building Resilience training reframes mindsets towards self-compassion, adaptability, and sustainable performance
